The first Disposable Multichannel Laparoscopic Access Platform with free conversion function in China has been approved by NMPA and CE marked for commercialization. It is suitable for laparoscopic surgery. During the process, it serves as an access port for endoscope, devices, and hand. This platform is flexible, minimally invasive, safe, and convenient, and can be used at multiple departments of a hospital, including general surgery, gynecology, urology, cardiothoracic surgery, pediatrics, as well as robotic surgery.

1. The device is designed and intended for single use only. DO NOT RESTERILIZE AND/OR REUSE. Reuse or resterilisation may create a risk of contamination of the device and/or cause patient infection or cross-infection, including, but not limited to the transmission of infectious disease(s) from one patient to another. Contamination of the device may lead to injury, illness or death of the patient. Reuse or resterilisation may compromise the structural integrity of the device and/or lead to device failure which, in turn, may result in patient injury, illness and death. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages resulting from resterilisation or reuse.

2. Please carefully read all instructions prior to use. Failure to observe all warnings and precautions may result in complications.

3. Inspect the device, prior to procedure, to verify functionality and lack of damaged parts. Do not use the device if the outer or the inner package is damaged or opened or if the components appear to be damaged or defective.

4. Use before the expiry date.

5. After use, the product may be a potential biohazard. Handle and dispose of in accordance with acceptable medical practice and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to product contamination by blood.

[Precautions for Use]

1. The product shall be used by surgeons in medical institutions.

2. The trocar-5 is only applicable for instruments with a diameter of 5mm. The trocar-10 is only applicable for instruments with a diameter of 5~10mm. The trocar-12 is only applicable for endoscope with a diameter of 10mm.

3. This device is intended for single (one) use – only. Do not re-sterilize and/or reuse, as this can potentially result in compromised device performance and increase risk of complications (patient infection, transmission of infectious disease, etc.).

4. Lubrication of the rods of surgical instruments is recommended. Use of lubricant may ease placement of surgical instruments. Use of iodophor or sterile paraffin oil is recommended.
